AI Search lets you search your system activity and saved video using simple, everyday language—so you can spend less time scrolling and more time finding exactly what you need.
AI Search includes two powerful features:
AI Activity Filters let you ask questions about activity around your home, like:
- “Who unlocked the front door?”
- “When was my system last armed?”
- “Was a package delivered today?”
- “Show me all front door activity from this weekend.”
You can search alarms, system events, door and sensor activity, locks, package events, user activity, and more.
AI Video Event Search makes finding a specific moment in your saved video easier, too. Search for people, vehicles, animals, packages, colors, clothing, and other visual details using phrases like “Person at front door” or “Man in a blue jacket.”
You can even use voice search in the Frontpoint mobile app.

Ready to Get Started?
Existing Frontpoint customers can check their eligibility and add Next Gen Suite through MyAccount on the Frontpoint website or mobile app.
Once activated, AI Activity Filters can be enabled in the Frontpoint app under More > AI Activity Filters. To use AI Video Event Search, the primary account holder will also need to accept the AI Video Features Agreement.
Video search requires a compatible Frontpoint camera that supports Video Analytics.
